Types of data collected The site collects the following personal data:

While browsing, the hosting service provider (e.g. Aruba SpA) may automatically collect some technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of the visit, URL of origin) for technical, statistical and security purposes. Such data are not processed directly by Cielle Imballaggi Srl, but by the web infrastructure provider, as indicated in their privacy policy available on www.aruba.it.

Purpose of the processing Personal data are processed by Cielle Imballaggi Srl for:

• Respond to requests for information sent via the contact form
• Manage applications received through the “Work with us” section
• Technical and statistical purposes with anonymized data (where applicable)
• Respond to requests received through external channels, such as the company profile on LinkedIn

Data relating to applications (Work with us) Sending your CV via the 'Work with us' section or to the company email address is considered a spontaneous application by the interested party. The personal data provided voluntarily by candidates (e.g. personal data, contact details, work experience, qualifications) will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the selection and evaluation of personnel. The provision is optional, but necessary for the examination of the application. The data will be stored for a maximum period of 12 months from receipt, unless early cancellation is requested. Please do not enter special data (art. 9 GDPR); otherwise, such data will be processed only with explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing The treatment is based on:

• Consent of the interested party (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR), expressed by sending the form or the application
• Legitimate interest (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR) for technical data collected automatically for the purposes of security or improvement of the site

Treatment methods The processing is carried out with manual and computerised tools, adopting adequate measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.

Data retention The data will be stored for the time necessary to respond to requests or evaluate applications, and in any case no longer than 12 months, except for legal obligations. The data will be deleted securely.

Communication and dissemination The data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated, except as strictly necessary for the technical provision of the web service or upon request of the judicial authority.

Data controllers Some data may be processed by service providers (e.g. hosting, IT maintenance), appointed as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. The updated list is available upon request.

Rights of the interested party The interested party can exercise the rights provided for by articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition, portability) by writing to info@ciellesrl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Transfer outside the EU The data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations. If necessary, adequate guarantees will be adopted pursuant to Articles 44-49 of the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
