Given that production never stopped even at the height of the lockdown, the company has implemented a specific internal Safety Protocol and has adopted reward measures in support of all staff. An insurance policy has been stipulated for each employee, which in the event of contraction of Covid-19, provides for specific hospitalisation, recovery and post-hospitalisation assistance cover. Moreover, as a tangible sign of gratitude for the tenacity and responsibility demonstrated by all personnel during the most critical stage of the health crisis, the company distributed additional bonuses to its staff during the months of April and May.
